Hello everybody,
I am a trainer in BRAC, Bangladesh. BRAC is one of the largest NGO in the world. Post Primary Basic and Continuing Education (PACE) department, a component of BRAC Education Programme, which deals with secondary mainstream schools, provides training to teacher, Asst. Head Teacher/Head Teacher and management committee members. PACE through its mentoring programme develops student leaders who support their weaker friends. Medhabikash, another component of PACE, offers scholarships to underprivileged meritorius students at HSC level.
I train up the secondary school teachers who are experienced, skilled and knowledgeable.

I need to be updated to face the trainee teachers. That's why before training I take preparation.
I have learnt many new subjects from the participants I teach during the training. I always look for new teaching methods/ skills that can help me to take learner directed class.
